About the Communications Ministry Report Platform

The Communications Ministry Report Platform is the official digital reporting system of the Philippines Regional Conference of The United Methodist Church. It enables the 28 Annual Conferences across the Baguio, Manila, and Davao Episcopal Areas to submit their annual Communications Ministry Reports online, replacing scattered paper and word-processor submissions with a single, structured, mobile-friendly form.

The platform walks each conference's communications team through fifteen sections — covering ministry profile, communication platforms, digital and social-media analytics, programs, effectiveness self-assessment, events, resources, capacity and training needs, challenges, priorities, recommendations, and an executive summary. On submission it automatically generates a formatted PDF copy and sends a confirmation email to the relevant Episcopal Area office, while a monitoring dashboard lets area communications directors and administrators track submission status, compare conferences, and export reports.

It is built for two audiences: the communications directors and coordinators who prepare and submit reports for their Annual Conference, and the Episcopal Area communications directors and conference administrators who monitor completeness and review submissions. The platform is maintained by the Communications Ministry of the Philippines Regional Conference to strengthen documentation, accountability, and collaboration across the connection.
