Communications Ministry Reporting Guide
Each year, every Annual Conference of the Philippines Regional Conference of The United Methodist Church submits a Communications Ministry Report that documents how the conference communicated with its members and communities over the conference year. This guide explains what the report covers and how to complete it.
The report is organized into fifteen sections. It begins with general information — Episcopal Area, Annual Conference, conference year, and the communications director's contact details — followed by the Communications Ministry Profile, which records the team composition and the communication platforms in use. Ministry Highlights captures initiatives, achievements, and significant accomplishments. Digital Communications Performance gathers social-media and website analytics, including beginning- and end-of-year followers, reach, and engagement, plus the top-performing content types.
Subsequent sections cover communications programs and promotional strategies, a self-assessment of communication effectiveness across eight areas, events and webinars, resource and content development, human-resource and equipment capacity, and training needs. The report closes with the top challenges and emerging opportunities, priorities for the next conference year, recommendations to the Episcopal Area, an executive summary, and submission information.
When you submit, the platform generates a PDF copy of your report and emails a confirmation to your Episcopal Area office. Episcopal Area communications directors can monitor submission status across all conferences in their area through the dashboard. To begin, visit the report form and select your Episcopal Area and Annual Conference.
